MOC Developments are excited to be upgrading Drysdale Grove Aged Care. 

Currently we are working on construction Stage 1 adding 6 new bedrooms and ensuites along with a generously sized lounge and kitchenette area. Outside we are building a covered alfresco area surrounded by landscaped gardens. 

We will then be moving onto the second stage which adds 4 bedrooms and ensuites along with a new dining room, lounge nurse station and decked outdoor courtyards in the 200’s wing, this will link into the newly refurbished presbytery when complete, enhancing circulation and accessibility to the new hair salon, private dining and cafe in the presbytery.

We have just hit the major milestone onsite of getting the roof on stage 1 and we are looking forward to seeing the plaster go up in the coming weeks and the new building take shape.
